Privacy Policy — MorForm Manager

MorForm Manager is a project management tool for construction managers. It does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data to any server, third party, or analytics platform. All data stays on your device and is shared only when you choose to send it by email.

1. Who We Are

2. What Data the App Collects

MorForm Manager stores the following information locally on your device only:

Your name and email address (entered during setup)
Job records — job names, addresses, descriptions, status, and associated contacts
Estimates — labour lines, material costs, allowances, and totals
Crew information — supervisor names and email addresses you enter manually
Supervisor field reports received via .morrep files — time entries, expenses, and safety form data submitted by supervisors
Photos attached to job records
Exported spreadsheet and PDF reports generated on your device

None of this data is transmitted to any server operated by the developer or any third party.

3. How Data Leaves Your Device

Data only leaves your device when you explicitly choose to dispatch a job or export a report. MorForm Manager communicates exclusively through email:

    Outgoing (.morjob files)
    When you dispatch a job to a supervisor, MorForm Manager packages the job details into a .morjob file and opens your device's email client. You control the recipient and whether to send.
  

    Incoming (.morrep files)
    Supervisor field reports arrive as .morrep email attachments. MorForm Manager reads and imports these files locally — no data is sent back automatically.
  

    Exported reports
    PDF and CSV reports are generated locally on your device. You control if and how you share them.
  

MorForm Manager does not operate any server, API, or cloud storage. No background data transmission occurs.

4. Device Permissions

MorForm Manager requests the following device permissions:

Camera — to photograph job site conditions and attach images to job records
Photo Library — to attach existing photos to job records and save site images
Storage — to save and read report and job files on your device

No location, microphone, or notification permissions are requested or used.

5. Supervisor Report Data

When you import a .morrep file from a supervisor, it may contain that supervisor's personal information including their name, email address, time records, and expense data. This information is:

Stored locally on your device only
Used solely for project management and payroll reference purposes
Never transmitted to any third party or external server
Deletable at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app

6. Third-Party Services

MorForm Manager does not integrate with any analytics platforms, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or social media SDKs. The app is built entirely on Expo / React Native standard libraries.

When you send a job dispatch or share a report, it travels through your own email account and provider — subject to your email provider's privacy policy.

7. Data Storage and Security

All app data is stored in your device's local storage using AsyncStorage. Data is protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption). The developer has no ability to access, view, or retrieve data stored on your device.

8. Children's Privacy

MorForm Manager is a professional tool intended for adults working in the construction industry. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Your Rights (PIPEDA — Canada)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling MorForm Manager. For any concerns, contact bryce.appdeveloper@gmail.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
